This is accum conveyor system to temporarily buffer products in 123 cooling zone when Off signal is on the end of sleeve labeller.

Single Liner-2 [ DW-SL-650 ]

This is a conveyor system to arrange products discharged in multi-row from a cooler in one row, and one-row arrangement system to print various inspections and date.

Air Blower [ DW-AB-1000 ]

This is a system to spray onto products arranged in one row with water and dry them in product spec's temperature.

SLEEVE LABELLER(2 HEAD) & SHRINK TUNNEL

This is a machine to print product name and trademark on filled container in shrink film to be inserted and shrunken.
Sets 360bpm with one machine and produces 720bpm with two machines to maximize productivity.
Shrink labeler is configured for installation to provide additional 20% output of entire output related to entire productivity.
